Starting in August 2012, I’ll be spending time updating some of the video courseware that we released late last year and writing a new CRM 2011 Administrators course.
Based upon the feedback that I received, a lot of you would prefer topics shorter than one hour. Listening to me drone on about multiple topics for an hour is pretty tough. Since I recorded shorter segments and edited them together, this makes a lot of sense. Our plan now is to repackage the installation part of the install customize course while adding some additional advanced topics relating to high-availability. We will also be breaking out the one-hour segments into smaller easier-to-consume topic-based ‘snacks’. This way, you’ll be able to review a shorter video segment that relates to exactly what you’re trying to accomplish at that point in time.
Over the next couple of months you can expect to see a CRM 2011 installation course in the new format as well as a CRM 2011 course for administrators.
